Welcome to my new readers
Unfortunately, today I have been so busy helping prepare for a trial on Monday and attending an enjoyable lunch meeting of the Federal Litigation & Practice steering committee at the Bar Association of Metroplitan St. Louis, and now heading off to a cubscout pack meeting, that I posted nothing new today.

My stats are encouraging. I see I’m getting some repeat visits from several law firms, universities, the EEOC and someone at Lexis-Nexis. Even today a hit from my hometown, Bloomington, Indiana, where I attended law school.
