Harassment Training Tools: Web-based Approaches

Given current trends in harassment lawsuits, training for supervisors seems essential. The Internet offers a variety of approaches. I tried this website’s training demo out. The vignette I viewed was realistic, sufficiently complex, and interesting enough to be worthwhile. After choosing the option as to what you as a supervisor would do, it explained why that was the right or wrong answer. It then went to a menu where you could view the future results of reporting, as well as not reporting, your answer, for each of the parties involved. Try it out.
