Wonder how much taxpayer-subsidized Amtrak money went to legal fees?

Although this case is a bit extreme, all parties to employment litigation need to consider the implications of this type of all-out litigation and the delays it can entail.

Usually delay is thought to work in favor of the defendant, but it also may result in huge legal bills that can outweigh the advantages.
