Test Your Knowledge of EO 11246!
November 8, 2004A university professor that I know has developed a test of EO 11246 Affirmative Action plans. If you are interested in taking his test,
read his brief introduction and then click on the link provided
Here is his introduction:
Please feel free to use these surveys however you wish. I can provide answer keys if you are using them in a class or training session and want to double-check your answers. (There may be some ambiguity about a couple of questions - the law is not as clear cut as one might imagine.)
Note that if you use the first 23 questions only and then have your participants close the browser, I won’t get the data. If you want to use the test but are unwilling to use the other items (which don’t take much time), please contact me off line so we can set it up.
If you skim through the survey to check it out but just answer at random, please mention that in the open-ended question at the end so I can discard your data.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SURVEY DOES NOT PROVIDE THE CORRECT ANSWERS!
Many thanks, and best regards,
David Kravitz
