Throw Away Those Paper Training Evaluations Forever!

September 9, 2004

Don’t you just hate those paper training evaluations that must be used after a training program? Are they useful anyhow? I’ve always hated them!

Now, you can make the whole process much more efficient, focus on whether the trainee actually uses the training, and even get the trainees’ supervisors involved. All you need to do is go to

this website, and sign up for this web-based service. Essentially, the program uses email to conduct three surveys. The first survey covers the trainee reactions, the second survey (conducted 30 days later) asks the trainees how much they have used the training on the job, and then 30 days later, the trainees’ supervisors are surveyed regarding how much the training has been used.

The service complies a variety of reports and calculations, including a measure of ROI (Return on investment).

Pricing: $3 per trainee; so if you had 100 trainees, it will cost you $300

I’m going to learn more tomorrow, when Mark goes through a demo with me.
