You Heard It First Here: Ruling on the Appeal to Review the Wal-Mart Decision
I just read that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that Wal-Mart can appeal the Dukes v. Wal-Mart class certification decision.
Interestingly, I was just going to prepare a brief summary of the basis for Wal-Mart’s appeal and the plaintiff attorneys’ response to that appeal for the decision to be reviewed. I’ll try to update this in the next few days, so stay tuned!
