Blawg Review Double Play
Yes, I’m multitasking, laptop in lap, World Series on the tube. No, I don’t have any tickets (I would if the Cards had made it, but that’s another story!)
My blawg-buddies at the Blawg Review, notably the anonymous Editor, whom I may or may not have ever met (he/she is anonymous after all), doubled ‘em up this week, hosting both Blawg Review #29 (normally hosted elsewhere) and Carnival of the Capitalists #107.
This on top of having sealed a deal to join the American Lawyer Media law.com blog network, Legal Blog Watch.
Congrats to Blawg Review. Makes me proud to be a regular contributor and one-time whacked-out host.
Here are a few of my faves from these two current editions (warning: there’s a lot to read if you follow all the links in these two “blog carnivals”)
Blawg Review #29
A collection of posts on Harriet Meiers as a business lawyer (contrary to popular belief, the Supreme Court hears many cases that do not involve deep constitutional law issues):
- The Supreme Court on Business Issues
- Miers and Business Law
- Miers and the Economics of Adjudication
- Miers and business, again
And a couple of others with intriguing headlines:
- Your Color Printer Turns Government Snitch
- Urban legends and Stella Liebeck and the McDonald’s coffee case
Carnival of the Capitalists
- Why American Express “Gets” Blogging
- Adventures in Entrepreneurship: Managing Change
- What Is Open Source Marketing?
- Why Capitalism Doesn’t Work
- Enterprise Blogging Catches On
- Some 21st Century Ideas on Energy and Employment
- Connecting Telework to Broadband, BCM and Gas Prices
