My latest Hiring Center column
As I mentioned before, I’m now writing a monthly column for the Hiring Center.
This month’s column is now up on the site. It’s on reference checking, and is the first of two parts.
This part deals with the challenges this important part of the hiring process presents, and the legal issues surrounding those challenges.
Next month, some suggestions on dealing with the challenges and getting some useful information.
The column is called “Solving the Reference-Checking Puzzle”
