Determining What the Popular Job Sites Are For Recruiting

April 24, 2006

Wondering what the most popular job sites are in terms of traffic from job hunters?

I can’t promise they have the best candidates, but there is a website that provides information as to which job sites are the most popular. This may be important if you want a quick and free analysis of where your job listings might find the most qualified candidates.

Better yet, the website breaks down job sites into the most popular college job sites, general job sites, diversity job sites, etc.

Currently, for example, the most popular diversity job sites include: LatPro, HireDiversity.com, and ImDiversity.com.

I recommend this website of most popular job sites as a good place to start if you are interested in learning more about job sites to appeal to different categories of people trying to find a job.
