		<description>Here in canada Employees working for fedex more than 10yrs is failing these test which, has nothing to do with the job your apply for and they also used out vendors to do these test for them.  

THEY ALSO HAVE A AUTO JOB SELECTION FOR INTERAL EMPLOYEES AND NOT MUCH OF US ARE
QUAILIFLY FOR ANY OF THESE POSTINGS. THEY ARE GIVEN TO EXTERNAL NEW HIRES.
