EEOC Issues Final Revisions and Q & A to EEO-1 Report

EEOC issued the final revisions to the EEO-1 reports that many companies must file; included in the changes are racial/ethnic categories and job categories. You must file an EEO-1 report if your company:

Among the changes to the racial/ethnic categories a new category titled “Two or more races.”

Among the changes to the job categories is the current category of “Officials and Managers” will be divided into two levels based on responsibility and influence within the organization.

Go to the Q and As issued by EEOC for more information on the EEO-1 changes.
