I must admit that I find it quite amusing that the webinar was presented by William E. Doyle, Jr., who the company says was “one of the principal architects of the new OFCCP legislation” and is now a “partner in the Morgan Lewis Labor and Employment Law Practice,” a major law firm.
If I was a cynic, I might wonder whether….
Oh, well, I listened to the “live” presentation and it certainly raises some interesting questions! It is somewhat geared towards recruiters, rather than an HR person or an attorney, as it gets into detailed questions about external database searching for potential candidates.
