January 19, 2006I’m sure you have been waiting eagerly now for this. This refers to the Q and As on the Internet Applicant definition, which were just recently released by the OFCCP.
Some of the Qs addressed in this document include:
What is the purpose of the Internet Applicant final rule?Are employment tests considered basic qualifications?
What does the term “Internet or related electronic data technologies” refer to?
Is a contractor required to consider for employment every job seeker who expresses an interest in employment through the Internet and possesses the basic qualifications for a particular position?
