		<description>I think if companies will take the time to realize each of their employee&#039;s needs - they will have a lot less turn around (be they gen x,y, or z). Feedback is everything - then adapt and compromise.</description>

I think young people are realising that it&#039;s incredibly important to find a job that will challenge and stimulate you, and think it&#039;s a great characteristc for a generation to have. I&#039;ve found that there are some surprising companies in the top rated employers.</description>
