I am so glad I found your blog. I work for Ross, Dress for Less, aka get treated like crap for less, and am a victim of this scheduling. I am 51 years old, and feel as though so many things are changing for the worse in our society, this being a prime example. I have no sympathy for these businesses going under if they treat their employees this way. I have asked my managers recently why am I getting fewer hours, and they feed me their line of BS about how the scheduling is done according to the STORES NEEDS. Forget our needs, we are left out in the cold to suffer and struggle through this new way they are doing business.
