He has has been doing this from the beginning and I tried to avoid it and he still stalk me at work coming to my desk everytime to see what I am doing, what work I do. I have trained this guy and instead of being thankful he is so power hungry and wants to climb the ladder that he does not mind to do anything to hurt others. He sneaks around the back and does the jobs and takes control of all the jobs and projects that I am in charge of. I never interfere with this guy and he is constantly intimidating me and watches what I say, how I say what I do and how I do. He was also supported by my Supervisor to shadow me and learn everything from me. I am of a different country and because of these type of actions done by him I have actually been in trauma for the last two years. Once I went to ER also because of this guy. He is just so sneaky and covers up and lies a lot. I am tired of this guy and I even quit my job and now from the time I quit to the time I am leaving, I am being still harassed. I explained it to my supervisor in different ways and he supports him.
