		<description>That depends. Some employers don&#039;t want employees to have a healthy work-life balance; of course, if you&#039;re in a position to choose, you&#039;re doing all of us a favor by turning down a job at such a company -- and letting them know why.

		<description>I disagree with one of your points.  I think the &quot;workaholic&quot; answer is OK when discussing a weakness.  Say, for example, you say that you were working too much and it was causing an issue for you, because you have an infant.  So you worked more on your work-family balance.  I think that&#039;s a fair response.
