So How Do You Design a Fair Compensation System?

With all of the recent attention to discrimination in compensation systems, you may be wondering how companies should set up a compensation system that is fair AND effective. This report provides suggestions as to what some of the key barriers to fair compensation are, what some suggested best practices are, and concludes with some useful case summaries. Although
